What normal food can I start feeding my 8 month old?

I don’t want to feed her our dinners because they have salt or other herbs. If I only give her a little sauce can she have spaghetti? What about olives and stuff. I already know I can give her green beans I just wanted a larger variety. Also she won’t eat any of the meat baby food so I worry she isn’t getting enough protein.
