Baby Food Grinder

Usually I feed him his food right from the cupboard, but now he’s starting on meats and I think it’d be a good idea to give them to him warm, since I always eat meat hot.

I make my own baby food, and freeze it. I get out his tea for the next day the day before and leave it to defrost in the fridge for 24 hours.
How can I take it out with me in the heat without it going funny? I dont really have facilities at the other end to warm it in.
What could I do? Or what do you do?
