My daughter doesn’t want to eat the jars of baby food anymore. What are some lunch ideas I can pack so she can take to her daycare, other than the Gerber Graduates microwavable lunches, soups, etc? The daycare has requested that I bring food for her to eat. I need good, healthy lunch ideas. Not just snack ideas, please.

I need some ideas. I just want her to be very healthy and I have heard food is the first step. We try to do as much organic as we can. Any ideas on the food/meals I could make her? What are some foods with omega three and six?

I don’t want to be the too busy mom who warms up mac and cheese or spaghetti O’s for her little one. I want him to have healthy meals to set him up to make healthy decisions later on. I’m just running out of ideas for him. He won’t be one until September, but he already is through with me spoon feeding him. Also, I’m so used to watching how much he eats by reading the ounces posted on the side of the baby food jar. How do you know how much food to give a pre-toddler?
