What is the best food for a pregnant mother containing all the nourishment?
Posted by: Baby Food Grinder / Category: baby food questionsI’m not talking about tablets or medicines here.
What would be considered as a good food with a high nutrition value for a pregnant mother? Some home remedy or recipe for the mother & unborn child?
Thanks in advance!

A good green leafy salad with other veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, redpeppers, and carrots. Add some cheese ( just make sure it’s not feta ) maybe like cheddar, then add some chicken breast or fish of some sort. Add a boiled egg and dressing of choice. This is very healthy. Have a glass of skim milk and half a whole grain pita bread and this would be a very complete meal.

Folic acid found in leafy greens like spinach, kale also orange juice and enriched grains are essential in early pregnancy.Getting 400 micrograms daily can prevent spinal and brain defects by 70%! Eating healthy and balanced meals are important.Just be sure to get plenty of folic acid read labels. Its also called folate.Include this in meals everyday! You can find this info just by doing a web search and typing in folic acid and pregnancy.

Milk, bananas and steak. All have high iron content which is mega important in pregnancy to prevent anaemia.
