I don't really have any suggestions, I just remember when my Sister-in-Law threw her oldest child's 1st birthday the cupcakes were awful tasting because she kept egg and all the other classic allergens out of the food. That's something you might need to keep in mind.

Kids that young (7 months and up to about 2) won't appreciate games like you've listed...a 7 month old can't pin the tail on a donkey, nor can they hit a pinata...for my son's first birthday, we just let the kids play with some toys and with each other instead of organizing any games, and they had a blast. The age ranges were 5 months to about 5 years old, and the kids all seemed really happy with what was done...we had tons of snacks for them all, and they were all excited by the decorations (especially the balloons). I wouldn't stress too much about games if I were you, the games will end up being more for the older kids, and even your son won't get to participate as much as you'd like. It's his day after all, I'd focus on things he can do, instead of the older kids.
