First decide which grill to use and clip it on (easy to do as each grill has a notch that acts as a guide). Then fill the bowl with your choice of food. To squish the food, squeeze the grill into the bowl, and voila, it’s done! Baby can be fed straight from the bowl using the included spoon, or you can transfer the squished food onto a plate or other bowl, if you prefer. Once the bowl is empty, you can squish some more, and keep going until baby is full! If you have some food left over, simply clip on the lid and save it for later, or take it with you if you’re on the move. I can see this being very handy for having lunch out or anywhere really, as the whole kit is so portable.
