mmm.. great! haha.. she is funny. she tried one dish and its all good. she already decided before showing her tasting that the food it was brilliant. cooking takes all the the good out of food away. try steaming and raw.

I have a question ,wont fruits loose an important part of vitamins if cooked and then frozen??

younger babies (6-8 months)digestive system is very delicate..they cant handle the raw fruits..

some fruits like apples pears and bananas dont need to be cooked but others do especially for younger babies

I think it’s because infants have to eat pureed food and some foods need to be softened (cooked) before they will puree.
